Nando's Birmingham - New Street

The staff here were excellent and friendly. The food was of high quality and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Place is beautiful .. as we were hardly 5mins away of closing this restaurant but person was very helpful.. he let us in gave us 15mins to place the order and served us happily.. food was as usual delicious

Good stop this Nando’s. Service was very friendly and fast. Food was hot and tasty, and this restaurant actually remembered the baste for the corn on the cob. Most forget! It has a very nice seating area and has stairs to the back which I assume is an overflow when it gets busy. Downstairs has a sort of brutalist/ industrial vibe with pipes and ducting above and no ceiling. Was a great visit. Thanks again!

Good food but can be better. The sauce doesn't seem to enter the chicken, only the top layer is spicy. The burger was good but needed a crispy patty not the regular saucy chicken

New Street, Birmingham Town Centre I recently visited Nando’s on New Street in Birmingham town centre with my wife, and as always, it was a great experience. This restaurant consistently offers a wide variety of delicious chicken dishes, with amazing flavours that keep us coming back. The food never disappoints! The staff are friendly, helpful, and always greet you with a smile, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Despite how busy it gets—sometimes we’ve waited more than 15 minutes for a table—it still feels comfortable and safe to dine there, so we don’t mind the wait. One area that could be improved is the food ordering process. It’s not very straightforward, especially for elderly people who may find it a bit confusing. Parking in the town centre is also a bit of a challenge and can be expensive. However, it’s worth it. A visit to this Nando’s can be part of a lovely day out. walking through the city centre, enjoying a meal, and grabbing a coffee nearby. It’s a great way to spend quality time and bond with loved ones. One of the highlights for us is that they serve halal chicken, which makes the place extra special and inclusive. The experience was amazing. The half thigh chicken for my friend was a little extra grilled, i requested if it can be replaced and the manager gave us a replacement within 10 mins. The staff was so cooperative, especially the bald tattooed white guy lol I'd recommend this place.

After being away for what felt like forever, I finally got my Nando’s fix—and let me tell you, it was next level! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was spot on, and the team made me feel right at home. The wings? Absolute perfection—nailed it! Just how I like it—super well done and packed with that signature extra hot flame-grilled flavor I’d been craving. The halloumi? Golden, perfectly grilled, every bite was pure joy! The staff were amazing—so friendly, full of energy, and just on it. Service was fast, everything was fresh, and honestly, this meal hit differently after being away for so long. Massive shoutout to the chef and the whole team for absolutely smashing it! This was top-tier Nando’s, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

I had such a great experience at the Nando’s on New Street, Birmingham. I want to give a special thank you to the managers, Chile and Sharon for going above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. They took the time to listen carefully, made sure everything was prepared safely and checked in to ensure I was comfortable with my meal. Their professionalism and kindness made such a difference. Excellent service, great food and genuinely caring staff – I’ll definitely be coming back !
